Description
Pour yourself a cup of mid-seventies street style and celebrate the final, rare year of the legendary B-body Plymouth Road Runner!
The Final Stand of the Iconic Bird
Once you look inside, what more can you say? Wow! Wrapped edge-to-edge around this premium ceramic mug are the authentic, high-impact factory layouts pulled straight from the original 1975 Plymouth dealer sales brochure. This highly collectible design perfectly archives the fascinating transition year when the Road Runner badge shifted to the newly redesigned, formal Fury platform before stepping away from its mid-size roots.
This custom dealer print layout highlights the unique, down-to-earth styling cues of 1975:
- The Rare Tunnel Decklid Silhouette: The visuals celebrate the car’s most striking styling feature—the specialized “tunnel-back” rear window and recessed decklid design. Available only on the two-door Fury coupe body, this unique treatment gave the ’75 Road Runner an aggressive, fastback-style attitude that stood out from the crowd.
- The Heavy-Duty Blackout Grid: The artwork showcases the bold, blacked-out grille treatment, distinctive side stripes, and the iconic Warner Bros. cartoon decals that still carried the torch for Mopar performance in an era dominated by luxury cruisers.
- The Mid-Seventies Small & Big Block Iron: The layout proudly displays the dependable factory powerplants engineered to balance classic street-fighter style with modern reality, specifically highlighting the high-output 360 cubic inch V8 and the torque-heavy 400 big-block V8 option box.
