The tiny British import built to answer the fuel crisis with a resounding “Chirp, Chirp!”

The Pint-Sized Mopar with Big Ambitions

Once you look inside, what more can you say? Wow! Wrapped edge-to-edge around the 1971 Plymouth Cricket 3 Magazine Ad Coffee Mug are three authentic, nostalgic print advertisements from Chrysler’s legendary “Chirp, Chirp” marketing campaign. Imported straight from the UK (originally known as the Hillman Avenger), the subcompact Cricket was Plymouth’s fuel-sipping secret weapon built to prove that low-cost economy cars didn’t have to look or drive like standard, boring econo-boxes. Step away from the big-blocks and celebrate a wonderfully quirky piece of captive import history every time you brew a fresh batch.
