Fuel your morning routine with the quirky, rugged, open-air utilitarian charm of Wolfsburg’s most unique creation!

This premium ceramic coffee mug showcases a high-fidelity graphic wrap of the authentic 1972 Volkswagen Type 181 “The Thing” introductory showroom brochure. Sourced straight from the original launch literature distributed when VW brought this door-popping, windshield-folding safari machine to North American shores, this layout replicates the distinct, playful retro presentation lines, minimalist layout engineering, and classic counter-culture typography. It honors the legendary air-cooled utility vehicle designed to master rough trails and beach cruises alike while ignoring conventional styling rules completely.

Whether you are a devoted vintage VW restorer, an aficionado of unique air-cooled industrial history, or a workbench purist who demands absolute mechanical character with their morning brew, this mug drops an unmistakable piece of automotive lifestyle history right onto your desk.
